Cancellations must be made in writing, via email.
Cancellations charges will be as followed: 
Cancellations within 14 days of the start date will be charged in full.
Cancellations within 15-28 days of the start date will be charged at 50% of the total.
Cancellations more than 28 days before the start date will be charged at 20% of the total.
